Reverse Osmosis <\/strong>
MMG FOODS uses a reverse osmosis system to remove salts and solid residues. In this way, the water used for extractions and various dilutions is absolutely pure.<\/p>

Acetators <\/strong>
Our company uses a modern two-stage acetification system, which achieves the conversion of ethanol into acetic acid, giving the product the perfect combination of taste, color, and aroma. In addition, MMG FOODS owns an acetification system with wood shavings, based on the old New Orleans method. The slow flow of wine through carefully selected quality wood shavings makes the resulting vinegar a product of perfect harmony between the aromas of wood and wine, and one of the most flavorful types on the market.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Tanks <\/strong>
MMG FOODS has multi-wall tanks, with coolant circulating in the intermediate section to control the temperature variations that occur during the conversion of must into wine. In this way, the must is perfectly vinified while ensuring the high quality of the final product.<\/p>

Presses <\/strong>
The company uses presses for the extraction of grapes, raisins, lemons, pomegranates, and other fruits, in order to maintain full control over the production of must and fruit juices.<\/p>

Filters <\/strong>
MMG FOODS is equipped with the latest technology Membrane Filtration System. Our company is the only vinegar production unit in Greece equipped with the most advanced CIP (Clean In Place) tank and bottling line cleaning system.
