Reverse Osmosis
MMG FOODS uses a reverse osmosis system to remove salts and solid residues. In this way, the water used for extractions and various dilutions is absolutely pure.
Acetators
Our company uses a modern two-stage acetification system, which achieves the conversion of ethanol into acetic acid, giving the product the perfect combination of taste, color, and aroma. In addition, MMG FOODS owns an acetification system with wood shavings, based on the old New Orleans method. The slow flow of wine through carefully selected quality wood shavings makes the resulting vinegar a product of perfect harmony between the aromas of wood and wine, and one of the most flavorful types on the market.
Tanks
MMG FOODS has multi-wall tanks, with coolant circulating in the intermediate section to control the temperature variations that occur during the conversion of must into wine. In this way, the must is perfectly vinified while ensuring the high quality of the final product.
Presses
The company uses presses for the extraction of grapes, raisins, lemons, pomegranates, and other fruits, in order to maintain full control over the production of must and fruit juices.
Filters
MMG FOODS is equipped with the latest technology Membrane Filtration System. This system achieves the complete removal of solid residues and bacteria from the product without losing its aromas and flavor characteristics.
Bottling Lines
MMG FOODS is equipped with the most modern and fully integrated bottling lines, which include electronic product inspection at every station. In this way, the quality and safety of the final product are fully ensured, satisfying even the most demanding consumer.
CIP Cleaning System
Our company is the only vinegar production unit in Greece equipped with the most advanced CIP (Clean In Place) tank and bottling line cleaning system. This system is based on a fully automated, multi-phase washing process (CIP CYCLES) of the equipment.
