Beef sirloin steak with wild rocket
ala tagliata and
SELECT balsamic cream with fig

Ingredients

4 pcs of veal tenderloin
300 g of baby rocket
1 clove of garlic
2-3 sprigs of rosemary
150 g of olive oil
100 g of flaked parmezana
100 gr. SELECT balsamic cream with fig

Instructions

1.Wash and dry the rocket very well.

2.In a frying pan, pour the olive oil. Once it is well heated, sauté the steaks and leave them for 5-8 minutes on each side.

3.Then remove them to a cutting board and leave them to rest for 5 minutes.

4.In the frying pan where we sautéed the steaks, add the whole garlic, the rosemary and add a little oil and turn off the heat.

To assemble

Cut the steaks into thin slices on a large platter, marinate the rocket with the SELECT balsamic cream with fig, place the parmesan and pour over the aromatic olive oil.
