1.In a pan, boil the tagliatelle for 8 minutes in salted water and drain.
2.Cut the pork into thin strips and add salt on it.
3.Heat the olive oil and butter in a heavy-bottomed pan and fry the pork strips until golden brown, then remove from the pan.
