Tagliatelle with pork fillet,
mushrooms and SELECT balsamic cream
with chestnut

Ingredients

500 gr. pork fillet, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp. olive oil
10 g butter
50 g onion, diced
200 g mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
200 ml heavy cream
1 vegetable cube
1 tbsp. SELECT balsamic cream with chestnut

Instructions

1.In a pan, boil the tagliatelle for 8 minutes in salted water and drain.

2.Cut the pork into thin strips and add salt on it.

3.Heat the olive oil and butter in a heavy-bottomed pan and fry the pork strips until golden brown, then remove from the pan.

4.Place the onion and the  mushrooms in the pan and cook until golden brown.

5.Add the garlic and sauté  for another 30 seconds, then the heavy cream and the vegetable cube.

6.Return the pork to the pan and heat over medium heat.

7.Pour over the SELECT balsamic cream with chestnut and stir.

To assemble

Serve the tagliatelle, place the pork with the sauce on top and sprinkle with parmesan flakes.
