Cretan dakos with
salad and SELECT balsamic cream
with pomegranate

Ingredients

100 g spinach
100 g arugula
50 g apaki, chopped
80 g galomyzithra
1 large dako
50 g olive oil
1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
50 g SELECT balsamic cream with pomegranate

Instructions

1.Wash the vegetables well and dry.

2.Place in a bowl and marinate the spinach and the rocket with the olive oil.

3.Add the apaki and mix.

To assemble

1.Place the dako on a plate with the outer side down.

2.Transfer the mixture over the dako and serve with a spoonful of galomizithra, pomegranate seeds, and garnish with the SELECT balsamic cream with pomegranate.
