Shrimps with greens and
SELECT balsamic cream
with date

Ingredients

500 gr. greens of the season and our liking, cleaned
15 shrimps, cleaned only the body, fresh or frozen
1 tsp. black peppercorns
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 bay leaf
100 ml SELECT balsamic cream with date
1 tsp. salt

Instructions

1.Boil the greens in plenty of salted water for 8-10 minutes.

2.Drain and let them cool.

3.In a pan over medium heat, pour the olive oil.

4.Sauté the shrimps until you see that their gray flesh turns completely white.

5.Add the bay leaf, peppercorns and simmer with the SELECT balsamic cream with date.

6.Add 100 g of water and boil until our sauce caramelizes.

To assemble

Transfer the greens to a platter, place the shrimps on top and serve.
