Reverse Osmosis
MMG FOODS uses a Reverse Osmosis System in order to remove salt and other solid residues. In this way, the water used for extractions and other various dilutions is absolutely pure.
Vinegar Fermenters

Our company uses a modern two – phase oxidation system for the conversion of ethanol to acetic acid, giving our products a perfect combination of flavour, colour and aroma. MMG FOODS also owns an oxidation system of the old “New Orleans Method” based on the slow flow of wine through quality selected wooden chips. The derived vinegar of this method is a product of absolute harmony of wood and wine aromas and consists one of the most delicious vinegar – based items in the market.
Tanks
MMG FOODS owns multi – wall tanks, in the middle of which coolant is circulated to control the temperature that changes during the conversion of must to wine. In this way, excelle
nt wine – making is achieved while ensuring the high quality of the final products.

Presses
The company uses Press Extractors for grapes, raisins, lemons, pomegranates and other fruits in order to fully control the production of must and fruit juices.
Filters
MMG FOODS is equipped with the latest technology Filtration System of Filter Membranes. This system achieves the absolute removal of solid residues and bacteria from the product without any degradation of its flavour and aroma.
Production Lines
MMG FOODS was recently equipped with one of the most modern and complete fully automatic – Italian-made – Bottling Lines, which includes among others, the electronic control of the product at each station (from empty bottle to final carton box). This ensures the quality and safety of the final product, satisfying even the most demanding consumer.
CIP Cleaning System
Our company is the only Vinegar Producing Unit in Greece equipped with and CIP (Clean In Place), one of the most modern Cleaning Systems for Tanks and Bottling Lines. This system is based on a fully automated and sequential washing of the equipment (CIP CYCLES).
